H.C.E.S is a family owned and operated business that was established in 2020. Owner Buddy Jarrett is a third-generation vacuum truck operator with over 30 years of experience. His previous family business was Jarrett vacuum truck service inc. out of Odessa, TX which operated under Texas Railroad commission SMC 35922 authority.  Jarrett Vacuum truck service Inc. offered most phases of local oil field services including pumping out refinery cooling towers, septic tanks, grease traps, and sand traps. We are dedicated to upholding our excellent customer satisfaction record and providing our customers with the service and information they need to prolong the life of their septic system.
